POSITION TITLE: Community Living Coach DIVISION: Residential SUPERVISOR: Community Living Liaison FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt POSITION OVERVIEW: Training and care of residents with multiple disabilities, including all areas of daily life. EDUCATION OR TRAINING REQUIREMENT: High-school diploma or equivalent. BACKGROUND REQUIREMENT: 1-2 yrs background working with individuals with disabilities and/or related position. Must have basic computer knowledge and proficiency. SPECIAL LICENSES, REGISTRATION OR CERTIFICATION: 1st Aid, CPR, and current drivers License SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: None ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: I. Training/Program Responsibilities A. Implements activities suggested by supervisor which reflect training objectives in each client’s individual service plan. B. Engages residents in activities of choice, which reinforces ISP goals.
