Chemist / Rubber Compounding Lab Technician (Must relocate - Greenville - (Akron, OH)

Company Experience Austin Rubber Company (ARC), a subsidiary of Green Source Holdings, LLC, manufactures and sells a rubber compound substitute (APX ) from recycled tires using a proprietary devulcanization technology. APX can be used at high loadings in a variety of formulations, including footwear outsoles, conveyor belts, solid tires, etc. ARC is in the process of completing a plant to produce APX in Greenville, PA. Alongside its APX plant, ARC has opened a rubber compounding lab to accelerate the development of new applications for APX . The Chemist / Rubber Compounding Lab Technician will play an integral part of establishing the new lab and have the opportunity to grow and develop with a new, growing company.
