Processing teammates work in a modern, temperature controlled, egg processing facility. Eggs are processed seven days/week. Full-time and first and second shifts avaible. JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Technician JOB DETAILS: Performs basic quality techniques to track, analyze and report on materials, processes, and products to ensure they meet the company's quality and food safety standards. PRIMARY DUTIES: * Participate as a member of Sparboe Foods-NH Food Safety and Quality Committee. * Accurately completing and/or verifying all documentation according to the facilities Food Safety and Quality Systems and HACCP Plans in compliance with SQF Code. * Maintain proper HACCP Training to know the importance of Critical Control Points.
