Sr. Operations Manager - (Cedar Rapids, IA)

The Sr. Operations Manager position is responsible for supervising and directing the tactical operational activities of the manufacturing process. Responsible for the daily implementation of departmental goals and objectives. Knowledge of production methods and processes and industrial machines and equipment is necessary. Responsible for management and direction of Managers. The successful applicant will have a 4yr technical degree, science/engineering a plus, at least 3 yrs of supervisory background in heavy industrial machine operation, or equivalent combination of education and background. Military supervisory background a plus.
