Spa Service Coordinator - (East Syracuse, NY)

Position title: Hot Tub Service Coordinator. Liverpool Pool & Spa Inc. is expanding!! We're looking to add a hard-working individual to join our growing team. The potential applicant needs to be self-motivated and organized with excellent phone and customer service skills. Electrical back ground is a plus but not required! Job summary: Speak with customers regarding service related/mechanical issues. Schedule and dispatch service technician to customer's houses for service calls. Schedule new and repaired hot tubs for delivery. Maintain inventory control for hot tub parts and in stock hot tubs for sale. Communicate with vendors regarding warranty parts and warranty service calls. Use computer software for billing and service scheduling purposes.
