Executive Housekeeper - (Santa Barbara, CA)
Executive Housekeeper The Executive Housekeeping is responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping and laundry departments, including supervision scheduling, inventory control, room and public area inspections and interaction with other departmental managers. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for training, developing and ensuring all housekeeping staff consistently meet the highest luxury standards in order to exceed guest expectations, improve departmental profitability and increase guest retention. Required functions: Direct and oversee that all housekeeping and laundry is completed to San Ysidro Ranch standards and specifications. Maintain thorough and current understanding of all cleaning and laundry chemicals, guest room amenities and vendors for same as well as bidding, purchasing and replenishing stock as needed. Schedule and control daily payroll in accordance with occupancy qualifications and staffing guidelines.
