Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN - (Woodbury, MN)

Woodbury Healthcare Center is looking to add a few experienced LPN's to their team! The LPN will administer medications as assigned and will also be responsible for observing, intervening, resolving and documentation of any significant changes including but not limited to; refusal of medications, falls, etc. The LPN will also monitor the Certified Nursing Assistants for work performance and provision of services. We are hiring for all shifts full and part-time! Must be a graduate of an licensed institution of nursing and be licensed as an LPN in MN. Must complete CEU's each year as required to maintain LPN licensure and hold a current license to practice nursing in MN. Must maintain a positive attitude and be a team member. Must be detail oriented. Must be able to handle emergency situations in a calm, professional manner.
