The Donor Services Coordinator is central to the daily functions of the development team, and contributes to fundraising and organizational goals by ensuring accurate and timely processing and data entry of gifts; querying and reporting; producing acknowledgement letters; financial reconciliation; promptly responding to donor inquiries; and being part of an enthusiastic, results-focused team. This position necessitates a team member who is inquisitive, values learning, and demonstrates expertise to problem solve and shift priorities quickly. A high-level of quality customer service combined with accuracy, tact and diplomacy are necessary.
