Responsibilities: The HR Sr. Analyst will be responsible for providing reporting and analytics support, to all North American Retail HR/Store Leadership and Management. Will focus primarily on developing the NAR HR reporting infrastructure using complex database organizational skills and tools, which adheres to the highest standards in data mining effectiveness and accuracy, as well as complying with any Business Intelligence/IT System governance set forth by HRIM or the IT Group.
