Research Scientist I, ADME/DMPK - (Ashland, OH)

Responsibilities BASIC SUMMARY: Responsible for the support of in vivo and in vitro ADME/DMPK studies requiring chemical and/or radiochemical analytical techniques in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice Regulations and Standard Operating Procedures. Assignments include development of chromatographic analysis methods, isolation and identification of metabolites, operation of mass spectrometers, and the preparation of relevant study records and reports. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *Oversee extraction of samples generated from in vivo and in vitro ADME studies in preparation for chromatographic and mass spectral analysis *Operation of chromatographic equipment *Operation of mass spectrometers *Assist with analytical chemistry efforts within ADME/DMPK *Assay development, validation and implementation *Become familiar with GLP, CRL SOP's, and regulatory guidelines *Other duties as assigned
