Radar Test Engineer (TMAS - Scientist/Engineer 4) with Security Clearance - (Shalimar, FL)

This position provides support to the 46 Test Squadron Operating Location-AIR CONDITIONED at Patrick AFB, FL. This support includes the following: + Participates in the development of RADAR test qualifications based on an understanding of Multi-Platform Radar Technology Insertion Program (MP-RTIP) and E-8C RADAR performance characteristics, flight manual performance data, Global Hawk and Joint STARS mission and program documents including the system specifications, subsystem specifications, and the operational qualifications document. + Assists with writing and evaluating test qualifications, plans and procedures in coordination with the industry teams, and program offices. + Participates in ground and flight test execution as a test observer. + Analyzes data collected during system level testing, evaluates system performance, and recommends system enhancements.
