QA Tech - (Jefferson, WI)

This position will be predominately working on quality paperwork, such as procedures, revision numbers, and any and all other quality documentation. It is not a lab role. They will periodically conduct environmental and sanitation swabs and air plating, but in a majority of their day they will go to all departments of the company verify paperwork with the managers, take document change sheets, revision logs, food safety program info and then enter info into their database. This position will not require being in production performing audits, but will need to have someone that is comfortable communicating will all levels of employees at the facility.
