Job summary: Part time Office Coordinator Overall Responsibility The Office Manager / Executive Assistant plays 2 key roles for Door to Door Organics. 1 is enabling executives with calendaring, travel arrangement and communications with the Board and other stakeholders. The other is overall responsibility for Central office management. The Office Manager / Executive Assistant is also responsible for arranging internal office moves, onsite office meetings and all company communication events. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and exceptional attention to detail. If you are a self-starter, able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and have outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
