Sales and Administrative Support I - (Lindon, UT)

JOB PURPOSE : This position interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. This position also provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate with customers. This includes selling material and responding to inquiries. Plan and prioritize sales calls to inform customers of future rollings (book off of rolling). Monitor and report market and competitor activities. Support sales group (quoting, scheduling appointments, etc.). Assist in sales promotions and marketing activities. Organize and maintain both electronic and manual files. Maintains sales orders and delivery schedules. Ensures sales info is accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms. Handles requests for additional company materials. Researches, compiles and proofs microsoft word processing assignments.
