IT Asset Administrator - (Collierville, TN)

SUMMARY: The IT Asset Administrator is responsible for providing top-level support to end-users. This position will set-up and maintain Oracle Self-Service modules, run diagnostic scripts (read only), diagnose and work with the developers to correct application issues, process and submit FTP transmissions and ensure that customer support to the end users is exceptional.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following:Manage the initial setup of Oracle Financial Self-Service modules including setting up system profiles and custom responsibilities.Research, analyze and resolve system and interface issues.Create custom queries in AgVance in order to locate and resolve issues.Determine if processes need to be revised, make recommendations, and implement necessary changes for future support needs.Develop and implement new policies and procedures in order to improve the efficiency and customer service of the help desk.Develop training material for location, division, and corporate personnel.
