Manufacturing Engineer-Refrigeration Systems Parts Salary: $70,000 - $85,000Our client is continuing to grow. They are a large multinational with many plants. This division manufactures valves, regulators and related parts for refrigeration systems. They need to add a Manufacturing Engineer, whose focus is Lean Manufacturing, to their staff. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering and manufacturing production problems through identification and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes. Emphasis is Lean Manufacturing practices Refine and enhance processes by applying continuous improvement and key Lean manufacturing/production principles and techniques to areas of production. Recommend product changes/improvements to product engineers. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout. Coordinates input that may cross multiple teams or areas; makes recommendations, and implements changes.
