Controls Design Engineer - Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems - (Clarksville, TN)

Seeking individual with proven controls design ability for Automated Storage and Retrieval Mechanisms such as Linear and Circular Sorters, Garment Hanger Solutions, Load Racks, Pick and Place Robots, and Transport Vehicles and Conveyors. Responsibilities: *** Design control systems, integrate the hardware and software and support the specifications needed for storage and retrieval functions. *** Develop drawings for control panels, power distribution, and junction boxes. Included in the drawings are the general arrangement, internal layout, schematics and interconnection and wire diagrams. *** Select and specify controls system components including Programmable Logic Controllers, Human Machine Interface, radio frequency sorters, power distribution panels, etc. *** Ensure successful implementation of controls systems into facility networks.
