This 500,000 square ft luxury, senior retirement community seeks a full time professional and experienced painter with an exceptionally high-level of attention to detail. Assignments include prepping and painting any of the 300 apartment units for turnover, common areas and completing special projects. This painting professional must possess excellent customer service skills and be adept at communicating with a senior population. Potential applicants must be able to operate independently or as part of a team, and be able to problem solve while completing projects in an efficient and timely manner.
