Required Paint Skills: 1. Follow proper prep / degreasing methods and correct sanding grit steps. 2. Follow reverse masking procedures. 3. Follow TDS procedures regarding product selection and application paint methods. 4. Expertise to read and comprehend MSDS sheets. 5. Self-diagnose issues and able to solve application errors. 6. Knowledgeable in color adjustment. 7. Strong focus on color accuracy and overall look of end product.
