We focus on serving clients in education, transportation, water/wastewater and community service markets. We are looking for Construction Management Administrators for various locations in the Salinas area Prior background in municipal, transportation or water/wastewater projects preferred, Job duties include: Daily interactions with clients, designers, owners, contractors, inspectors, and any authorities having jurisdiction. Act as a HUB of info exchanges fro stakeholders. Process progress paymenst and applications from contractor Organization and maintenance of all project files Answer phones Provide office /field support if needed Order and maintain office supplies Faxing and receiving of all incoming mail Process submittals and RFI's
