Production SupervisorGlobal foods manufacturer is searching for a Production Supervisor to join a state-of-the-art manufacturing high-speed facility based in the Chicago land area. Our client is a big believer of offering stability in high-speed packaging environment. Responsibilities: Supervise production line workers with an emphasis on teamwork, safety and excellent sanitation practices in concert with overall company goals and vision, to produce the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost Maintain production records and ensures production workers are completing records correctly and in a timely manner. Analyze production runs and make suggestions for improvement Manage, evaluate and train staff by coaching, conduction performance appraisals, administering corrective action, training and development by on-the-job programs and appropriate off the job programs. Analyzes and recommends manpower requirements, recommends requirements and individuals for hire.
