Automotive Biller (Full Time) - Toyota and Hyundai of Greensburg Toyota and Hyundai of Greensburg are looking for a full time Automotive Biller to book deals. The Automotive Biller will record the sales of vehicles and calculate sales associates' commissions. Experience wanted. Job duties: Bill all retail deals in our DMS system and balance to deal recap provided by finance department. Send copies of all deal gross profit discrepancies to Sales Managers for review weekly. Post aftermarket product purchases in DMS system. Compare printed contract amount with receivable in DMS. Compile commission chargebacks on spreadsheet each pay period. Forward completed commission spreadsheets to payroll department for processing by deadline for each pay period. Balance commission spreadsheets with sales commission schedule each pay period. When deal is processed in DMS system, send deal to License and Title Department. Ensure that Toyota and Hyundai vehicle inventory schedules are reconciled at month end.
