Master Scheduler - (Monee, IL)

Master Scheduler/Planner The Master Scheduler/Planner is responsible for the production planning of all projects to include new equipment order, parts orders, and stock orders. This is a new position that will be responsible for the successful implementation of master scheduling within our ERP system (Epicor), developing necessary processes, and developing schedules that will drive production. Essential Job duties Identifies activities, associated interdependencies, durations, and resource qualifications. (e.g. hours, material) to construct and maintain delivery dates. Provide “what if” analysis and potential courses of actions due to job changes or external influence showing impact to critical path. Works with Engineering, Production, and PM departments to develop scope, resource needs, material needs, and schedule for all jobs. Understanding of project timelines, schedule dependencies and critical paths. Works with Product Groups and Sales to determine best case ship dates for quoting.
