Product Support Engineer II - (Benicia, CA)

What youll be doing: As part of a dynamic Product Support Team provide new and current product development, support, and technical training to internal and external customers that use Bio-Rads clinical immunology instrument systems and related clinical diagnostic assays. This position will require your strong analytical and people skills to lead complex complaint investigations. Participate on cross functional project teams to bring leading edge products to market (clinical trials), training field support and technical support personnel to service and support Autoimmune/ Multiplex Testing. Define coordinate, and/or solve complex instrument system problems that are beyond the ability of the Regional Technical Support Engineers. Liaise with global support teams to ensure a positive customer background with Bio-Rad products.
