Process Engineer – Automotive Industry Our client, a growing manufacturer of metal automotive parts, is seeking a Process Engineer in the Sheboygan, WI area. Responsibilities of the Process Engineer include: Coordinate process control and continuous improvement activities Evaluate internal and external products to define the root cause of defects and implement corrective and preventative actions Analyze the manufacturing process to find areas for continuous improvement Create and maintain all process FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) documentation Perform process audits Create, update, and manage process sheets Conduct annual reduction reviews and improve connection between plans, FMEA, and employees Issue tests for corrective and preventative actions, continuous improvements, and trials
