Maintenance Technician - (Warren, MI)

Job Introduction Conduct maintenance duties including set-up, installation, fabrication and repair to maintain building and equipment under guidance of the Lead Maintenance Technician. May provide training and/or supervise less experienced staff. Major Responsibilities * Lead and direct the Company health and safety objectives and support the company's health and safety directives to provide a safe and healthful workplace for all employees, this includes: o Regulatory compliance with local, state and federal legislations. o Establishing plant-wide measurable and goals that meet or exceed industry standards, and are monitored, tracked and audited on a regular basis and communicated to employees. o Recognition of accomplishments/milestone in the areas of safety, environmental, ergonomics and employee wellness. o Development of effective programs that increase employee awareness and involvement in the areas of safety, environmental, ergonomics and employee wellness.
