Entry Level Service Tech for HVAC Testing, Adjusting and Balancing - (Oshkosh, WI)

HVAC Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Technician (TAB Technician) Badger Balancing, LLC was founded in 2004 by a father and son team with a goal to provide background, honesty and integrity to the Testing, Adjusting and Balancing industry. We are actively seeking entry level technician trainees to join our team. We offer a comprehensive training program with NEBB Certified Technician Certification upon completion. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a growing company! POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Perform all testing and balancing of HVAC and mechanical process systems. Troubleshoot HVAC and building automation control systems using good judgement and background. Read building blueprints to determine proper air and water flow balancing qualifications. Use specialized tools such as flow hood, pitot tube, tachometer, voltmeter, amp meter, etc. Transfer field data accurately onto TAB reports as needed.
