Facilities Generalist with HVAC experience - (Irvine, CA)

A Global Medical Device Company is looking for a Facilities Generalist, Associate for a temp-to-hire position. In this role you will conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary for continued operation of facilities and grounds. Work may include: HVAC systems, exhaust systems lighting and plumbing (minor). Position assignments: ? Perform repairs and maintenance in plant or office space. ? Perform work in 1 or more of the maintenance fields: carpentry, plumbing, painting, lighting repair. ? Execute employee moves, office set ups and changes. ? Arrange meeting setup and tear down of furniture and fixtures. ? Support various departments for setup and tear down of events and conferences. ? Complete work orders for high customer satisfaction while adhering to workplace standards. ? Inspect and improve interior and exterior spaces to include landscape. ? Write documents, notes or detailed instructions. ? Conduct safety and quality inspections.
