• Familiar with most technology products. • Individual is required to lift, box/unbox, move, dispose of, equipment and other related activities. • Experience in servicing/deploying computer equipment or a technical school certification is preferred. • Must have proven customer service experience. Individual will have basic knowledge of Windows operating system environment. • Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts.
