Customer Service Specialist - (Rocky Hill, CT)
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to work in our Rocky Hill, CT office as part of a dynamic Customer Service team. The CSS will handle a combination of responsibilities, with the primary focus being a split between email interaction with customers to provide info in response to inquiries about memberships and rebate benefits, and entry-level clerical responsibilities. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 4:30, and salary is $15.00 per hour. Responsibilities: Process inbound phone and email customer service inquiries regarding membership details, billing, and program benefits Extensive data entry including processing customer rebates and gift card orders Responsible for tracking and recording customer interactions including inquiry details, comments, and resolution Participate in team efforts to improve our product offerings, the customer service background, or other initiatives the can positively impact our customers Provide support for ad hoc project and data entry requests
