Executive Chef 3 Unit Description SODEXO Health Care is seeking an Executive Chef for our Health Care account located in Hartford, Connecticut. Saint Francis Care - Saint Francis Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital, offer acute care & rehab services. Combined, they are licensed for 617 beds. Assignments include a focus on patient dining, retail operations and catering. Previous hospital food service and At Your Request or room service background desired. Strong people skills a must as position interacts across the organization with clients, patients, and staff. Executive Chef will be involved with and responsible to manage the daily operations of the kitchen, implement production processes, provide oversight to catering events, properly manage food and labor costs and have a thorough working expertise of HACCP, all to exceed patient, customer and client expectations.
