RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client seeking a HR Generalist in Exeter, New Hampshire (NH). Responsibilities: Manage recruiting, onboarding and orientation process Engage with leaders about performance, PAID-TIME-OFF and policies Help coordinate events Lead retention and recognition programs Coach peers and leaders on performance conversations Manage core responsibilities of HR department Own HR tools Assist with training & development initiatives Assist with comp analysis and tracking Assess and select benefit packages Maintain HR records and conduct audits Maintain HR systems Travel required to attend meetings, trade-shows, and recruiting efforts (approx once a quarter)
