Progressive, stable Food Manufacturer is looking for an HR Manager to join their high energy company Duties: Ensures that all policies and procedures are in compliance with the appropriate federal and state agencies. Oversee the administration of the Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Longterm Disability, Short-term Disability, Vacation, Short-term Absence and 401(k) Plans along with the coordination of the different federal and state leave laws. Reviews benefit plans on an annual basis with the insurance broker and insurance vendor and makes recommendations on changes to manage over 5 millions for dollars annual expense. Oversees the responsibility for accurate processing of the weekly and semi-monthly payroll. Maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere for all employees. Assist the staff in establishing a professional working relationship between the management staff and hourly employees and to maintain good moral among the employment population.
