Description: Provides 1st and 2nd-level IT support to end users. Manages design software licensing, installations, and updates. This employee also will support internal applications based on relational databases such as Epac, VDoc, and Sysaid helpdesk software. The incumbent must be able to operate independently, problem solve, and prioritize. Requires the expertise to interact with all organizational levels, and must be able to work in cross-functional teams towards a desired result. Responsibilities : Primary support for internal Help Desk - working directly with end-users to resolve trouble tickets in a timely manner. Escalates trouble tickets as necessary Active Directory Maintenance (user accounts; Group Policy; DNS etc.) Support LAN/WAN connectivity, including remote sites and VPN users.
