RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate the full SOX compliance lifecycle for both business processes and systems " walkthrough, risk assessment, scoping, implementation, review, deficiency evaluation, reporting and remediation Develop key process, system and control documentation and facilitate report benchmarking Facilitate Service Organization Control reporting and analysis Teach and train internal stakeholders while advising on technical compliance issues QUALIFICATIONS Sound working expertise of the SECs Interpretive guidance, AS5, COBIT 5, GAIT, PCAOB Alerts and the COSO 2013 framework Inherent problem-solver with desire to learn and take on responsibilities Expertise to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
