Mobile Engagement Team Leader - Mental Health - (Henderson, NC)

Mobile Crisis Team Leader (TL) serves as support to the Program Director to ensure the Mobile Crisis Management Program in assigned areas functions with high-quality and consistency. MCM services provide the evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, and crisis intervention services in a high-intensity clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision-making by the TL in consultation with the Director. The TL provides on call services on a regularly scheduled basis. Assists the Director in efforts to collaborate with relevant Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and all stakeholders (i.e. hospitals, law enforcement, etc.) to maintain 24/7/365 Mobile Crisis Management (MCM) services. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Provides regularly scheduled MCM services in assigned area(s)
