Janitorial Area Supervisor - (Lancaster, PA)

Area Supervisors are primarily responsible for meeting customer needs and exceeding customer expectations. To do this, the Area Supervisor ensures the building is staffed appropriately and that teammates are working safely and effectively. The Area Supervisor trains new teammates and follows up with them to assure the work meets Varsity standards. The Area Supervisor may assist the Area Manager in hiring teammates and managing their performance. The Area Supervisor meets regularly with the customer and keeps the Area Manager informed of all major activities.
