Director of Staff Education - (Neshanic Station, NJ)

Responsible for providing continuing-ed for all employees (except physicians). Assures compliance of the organization with all regulatory agencies and Human Resource standards, which pertain to education and training. Serves as Internal Consultant to managers for assessment, delivery and evaluation of staff training and development. Master's Degree in HR, Education, Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Social Services strongly perfered; five years of successive educational experience including instruction delivery, program design, coaching/mentoring, needs assessment, and group facilitation. 5+ years supervisory/managerial background in an educational or healthcare setting. If experience is in Nursing, valid NJ RN license.
