Administrative Coordinator, Caring - (Asheville, NC)

Position Concept: The Administrative Coordinator reports to the Administrator and is responsible for working with the Clinical Administrative Assistant. Position responsible for greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients and staff. Receives and directs all incoming telephone calls, mail and faxes. Provides office and clerical support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Outpatient Program. The Administrative Coordinator closely supports the Program Director in assessing all incoming referrals for appropriate fit as well as coordinates intake and discharge documentation and procedures. Position responsible for working with accounts receivable on collecting outstanding copays. Provides as a liason between program director and therapeutic staff around therapeutic referals and concerns. Supports in ensuring clinical documentation is in compliance with HIPAA standards.
