Position details The Warehouseman Lead is responsible for division warehouse and cartage activities. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Safe practices and safety consciousness in all activities. Maintain accurate inventory. Maintain adherence to all ISO Registration. Effectively coordinate Warehouse activities including: * Train co-workers as required to achieve establish goals. * Balance shift workload and manage overtime. * Audits aisle assignments for completion, documents monthly/weekly sheets, and coaches co-workers on housekeeping processes. * Review loading and receiving processes to minimize errors. * Ensures inbound and outbound orders are accurately completed during shift. * Review identification and tagging of products that is stored in the division’s warehouse. * Conducts daily huddles to discuss staffing issues and distributes tasks. 5. Responsible for safety, quality and productivity of warehouse operations.
