Skin Therapist/Esthetician - (Holmdel, NJ)

Quality technical service with emphasis on the customers total look. Responsible for building a request client base through retail guest conversion, referrals and utilizing salon offers and promotional materials available, while following all company policies and procedures. Executes Esthetician role in the ULTA Skin Business Plan. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Required functions) Acknowledges and greets all Guests and offers friendly, prompt, and courteous service. Utilizes product prescriptions sheets to prescribe professional salon products to all salon guests. Meets or exceeds all individual sales and productivity goals. Attends all ULTA mandatory education events and workshops. Assists in store duties (e.g., filling and Salon retail displays and shelves).
