Biotechnician - (Newark, DE)

Position overview: Helping out within manufacturing laboratory utilizing basic knowledge of biology, and laboratory equipment and computer software. Maintain laboratory with routine maintenance of laboratory equipment, and follow SOPs. They will be making buffers and handling the tankers of the buffers, they also will be working with centrifugation for day-day techniques for the lab. Requirements: HS Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's in the Sciences No background required if Associate or Bachelor degree'd applicant Good written and spoken communication Workplace environment: The working environment varies significantly from job to job. Work/travel throughout plant environment of varied temperatures and humidity; grasp and hold small objects, a full range of motion, and to wear personal protective devices. This position may expose the employee to fumes or airborne particles, bio hazards, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
