We have a wonderful opportunity for a Commercial Banking Unit Pre-Closing Agent in Evansville, IN. This position works with Commercial and Corporate Relationship Managers (RM) to provide sales support and coordinate all new money and renewal requests. The CBU Pre-Closing Agent must have an understanding of the commercial on-line application system, financial details required for underwriting, loan structuring guidelines, collateral requirements, due diligence items and banking processes.
