Great, well respected client is seeking a Recruiting/ Employee Relations Associate. Candidates with background in the banking industry are highly preferred. Job details Responsible for the recruiting process, hiring and retention of a highly qualified workforce. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain knowledge of legal qualifications and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Implement and evaluate the banks policies and procedures on recruitment, testing, selection and job placement. Responsible for posting job openings and developing outreach efforts for qualified applicants Conduct interviews. Conduct pre-employment checks. Extend offers of employment. Plan and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding efforts to foster positive attitudes toward company goals. Keep records and prepare statistical reports concerning recruitment, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions and terminations.
