Position overview: We are currently seeking an exceptional applicant to be part of the Project Management office in the Global Product Development team at Tempur Sealy. The Project Manager will be responsible to lead cross-functional teams from Marketing, Sourcing, Engineering, Product Engineering/Manufacturing, Brand Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain focused on the development, commercialization and delivery to the market of entirely new mattress, foundation and pillow product lines for North America and International Markets. The individual will lead the team to successfully complete the tollgates in the Business Decision Making Process and to deliver the projects on time, on cost and on quality Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area: Other primary duties and assignments include the following; however, Management reserves the right to assign or reassign other appropriate duties to this job at any time.
