Finance & Human Resources Director - (South Lake Tahoe, CA)

The League to Save Lake Tahoe (the League) is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic nonprofit professional to provide a wide spectrum of finance, human resources and administrative functions for the organization. You will be a strategic planning partner and play a crucial role in working with the senior leadership team in managerial and operational decision making to maintain a highly effective and efficient premiere environmental organization. RESPONSIBILITIES The Keep Tahoe Blue team is in need of someone capable of managing our annual operating budget of $2 million. You will be responsible for all risk management and accounting activities including all items related to audits, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, management of cash flow, investment, and implementation of the financial and operations strategy with metrics and monitoring.
