Production/Manufacturing Planner - (Garden Grove, CA)

Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is in need of a talented and motivated Production/Manufacturing Planner to join their team ASAP! You will be responsible for planning and preparing production materials, travelers, and work orders. Preparing and entering operational/manufacturing sequence data into the MRP system. Responsible for all tactical planning and execution of the required suppliers of parts, processes and materials, including PO placement and management. PRIMARY REPONSIBILITIES: 1. Production-planning supervision, scheduling for production, preparing production schedules for manufacturing of industrial or commercial products. 2. Ensures each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. 3. Analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource qualifications.
