Information Technology Network Engineer - (San Bernardino, CA)

Position details Under the direct supervision of the Director of Details Technology, the Details Technology Network Engineer will plan, direct, and coordinate the design, installation, and connectivity of the Agency network and telephony infrastructure to ensure the stable and high-quality operation of the organizationrsquos IT assets. This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links. This role is also responsible for telephone, data center, security systems and other electronic infrastructure. Responsibilities Recommends, implements, documents and maintainsAgency LAN and WAN equipment, network support, telephony and manageability technologies while managing the necessary vendors. Implements and maintains all levels of network communication including LAN and WAN links, corporate network security including firewall and intrusion detection and Disaster Recovery systems.
