Master Relief Operator 2nd shift (288-164) - (Neillsville, WI)

The Master Relief Operator provides relief to higher level jobs on an ongoing basis. Duties and Responsibilities * Demonstrates and enforces compliance with safe work practices and lockout/tagout * Observes and corrects unsafe actions by co-workers * Completes required safety observations * Complies with good manufacturing practices and regulatory guidelines * Demonstrates and enforces food safety standards and good manufacturing practices * Understands and fulfills duties and responsibilities as described in job descriptions for Dryer Operator and Production Lead Person * Provides relief to Dryer Operator and Production Lead Person on an ongoing basis, performing all responsibilities of relieved jobs as assigned * Runs dryer and fulfills all related responsibilities 1 shift per week * Runs grinding room and fulfills all related responsibilities 1 shift per week * Provides coverage for Dryer Operator or Production Lead Person in his/her absence (Primary emphasis is covering dryer operation.
