Evaporator Operator (287-164) - (Zumbrota, MN)

Duties and Responsibilities * Follows all DairiConcepts GMP's and works in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation qualifications * Maintains top of Evaporator (pick up clamps, gaskets, pipes, etc.) * Maintains tower area and ground floor (clean, sanitary, tools and equipment put away when not in use) * Completes wash up in a timely fashion * Records lot numbers * Loads and unloads tankers * Manages waste * Monitors equipment for abuse, break-down, PMs, etc. * Ensures product meets customer specifications * Communicates to oncoming operator about what happened on your shift and what to expect on theirs * Prevents spills * Maintains operating records * Performs necessary routine cleaning and preventative maintenance * Follows established plant and cleaning procedures * Corrects unsafe acts, conditions and accidents
